4. Appointments and Cancellations

When booking an appointment with Mirror Mirror Aesthetics, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Our cancellation policy requires at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. For package clients, a missed appointment may count as a used session.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website or at our facility. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for services rendered. However, if you are dissatisfied with a product purchased from us, you may return it within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt for a store credit or exchange, provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging.
